Elizabeth is a seasoned, award-winning media strategist, practitioner and spokesperson trainer in high-tech and consumer-tech PR. Since 2000, she has represented a wide range of clients in the technology, venture capital, education technology, financial technology, healthcare, real estate, and consumer sectors. Elizabeth’s past media and spokesperson training experience include working with companies like Raytheon, Gradifi, Upromise, HP, Hitachi, CollegeVine, Udemy, General Catalyst, CA Technologies, F-Prime Capital, Walmart, and Converse.
A former television reporter, Elizabeth excels at securing national business and broadcast press as well as helping spokespeople prepare for these high-stakes interviews, and training others on securing media placements for clients.
Elizabeth has conducted hundreds of media training sessions for both start-ups and established companies across the globe. Her fresh training approach leads executives through a rigorous and practical mock interview session based on well-vetted research and a realistic approach, stemming directly from her time in front of the camera.
Elizabeth resides with her husband and two children on the South Shore of MA. She earned a Master's from Emerson College in broadcast journalism as well as a Bachelor's from Boston University in Mass Communication. She is also frequently a guest speaker at local colleges, advising students on what it is really like to work in public relations. She is proud to have build such strong relationships with colleagues in the PR industry over the years and all of her core EMC teammates worked together at Blanc and Otus in Boston.
Steve is an award-winning senior marketing and communications leader, specializing in high-technology, business-to-business companies. With more than 15 years of experience in communications and journalism, he has worked at and with both international public and private companies to help them increase their brand awareness and drive ROI through earned media and marketing activities.
Most recently, he led global communications for ZoomInfo, a go-to-market technology company that went public in June 2020. He led the public relations strategy for the company’s IPO, which was one of the largest software IPOs in the past decade, and he helped launch ZoomInfo’s recruiting solution, TalesOS. He also led global communications for Bullhorn, where he elevated the company’s global reputation through earned media, analyst relations, and events content. He has significant experience working with the staffing and recruiting press, including ERE, The Global Recruiter, Onrec, RecruitingDaily, and Staffing Industry Analysts.
Additionally, he has extensive agency experience, where he worked on numerous high-profile accounts, such as Raytheon, Salesforce, Bentley University, and Spark Capital, to generate positive brand awareness. He began his career as a general assignment reporter, writing for weekly newspapers in the greater Boston area. He also worked in TV production for both New England Cable News and WLNE-TV / ABC6 in Providence, Rhode Island.
He holds a degree in American studies and writing from Providence College and resides in Charleston,
South Carolina with his wife, two young sons, and dog. In his spare time, he enjoys running, lifting weights, relaxing at the pool and beach, and cheering on his favorite New England sports teams.

Jeff has a dogged dedication to branding, a keen knack for understanding a client’s business, and experience crafting stories that resonate with their audience. In writing and on video, Jeff makes complex concepts accessible and creates content that elicits a response.
He’s seen life from the agency side – having spent nearly a decade working with award-winning agencies Mullen, Blanc & Otus where he also worked with Elizabeth, and most recently as a founding partner of BlueFish Digital. Jeff has also worked in-house at large companies, including GTE and Fresenius Medical Care, and as an independent consultant for startups, agencies, and mid-sized enterprises.
Jeff has recently developed content for companies including Thompson Reuters, Timberland, EBSCO Publishing, Topsail Addiction Recovery, Enanta Pharmaceuticals, Calendly, Dictionary.com, InstaWorks, and Vendr.
Jeff’s an avid fisherman, and a decent soccer player, and sheepishly admits that he will stop and watch Roadhouse anytime it’s on cable.
Nidhi began her 15-year career working with high-tech agencies, including Blanc and Otus in Boston, where she worked with Elizabeth on clients like CA Technologies. She also drove media and analyst relations programs for a range of clients at Racepoint Group and Davies Murphy Group, including those in the healthcare (electronic health records), IT, data analytics, and CRM space. Most recently, her career was focused on the client side, working with startups like Qstream and TravelPerk, as well as mid-sized financial services and payments company ACI Worldwide, where she led global media and analyst relations programs to increase brand visibility and support sales.
Nidhi's experience spans media relations, analyst relations and content development (including PR-focused surveys). Her passion for data has led to successful data-driven (survey) campaigns including an annual eCommerce holiday report at ACI Worldwide that highlighted eCommerce payment trends and its impact on businesses. The campaign led to interest from key payments publications such as PYMNTS and eCommerce publications such as eCommerce Times as well as a number of top tier business publications. In addition, her achievements include developing unique customer stories, winning awards and fostering valuable relationships with industry analysts including Forrester, Gartner and IDC.
Sarah began her 17-year career working with high tech agencies including CHEN PR and Blanc and Otus in Boston where she worked with Elizabeth on clients like Sun Microsystems and Hewlett Packard. After moving to Houston, Sarah spent several years with Pierpont Communications where she worked with a variety of clients in the high tech, law, energy, government, and non profit sectors.
Her passion for nonprofit work has allowed her to lead many campaigns in this area. A highlight of her career was leading a very successful communications rollout that was used to identify thousands of displaced Hurricane Katrina victims in Houston who were in need of immediate housing following the storm. After a move to Cleveland in 2015, Sarah's career took a shift toward education, providing public relations and social media services to Laurel School, an independent girls’ school based in Northeast Ohio. There she has secured multiple local news stories about achievements and thought leadership within the school and has managed various social media channels for several years on behalf of Laurel. Sarah has also been part of the Alumni Success team for Beyond Breakthrough, which works to identify and support Alumni from Breakthrough Public Schools, a Charter School for inner city kids in K-8. In addition,
Sarah has been involved in marketing for Impact Communications, a full-scale corporate event production company where she launched a blog and developed regular content, executed multiple marketing campaigns, and worked to implement a customer relationship management system that would seek to build a prospect database and increase business over time.
Sarah loves working with the media and has secured placements in local outlets throughout the country as well as with national publications like Wall Street Journal, and everything in between. In addition to public relations, Sarah has worked on numerous marketing campaigns that have included copy development, websites, newsletters, brochures, and design work. Her more than eight years of agency experience coupled with over nine years of working as an independent consultant have allowed her to work on a variety of projects both big and small under the communications umbrella.
